- Orders are processed and shipped during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays)
- Orders placed during the Weekend or a Holiday will be processed the following business day
- Orders with Standard Service are processed within 1 - 2 business days
- Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be processed the same business day if the order is placed by 3:00 PM PST
To check the status of your most recent order, click on "account icon" at the top right-hand corner of the page and log in to your Account to view the status of your orders.
To track your order, go to your email Inbox and locate your shipping confirmatiion information. Click on the link and follow the instructions.
*Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
If you would like to cancel an online order, please contact us by phone at (619) 450-9100 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
