RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value you as a customer and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the product you receive is not in a satisfactory condition, please contact our Customer Care Department at (619) 450-9100 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will initiate a replacement for you as soon as possible.
A Customer Care representative will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please be sure to include this number with your return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please note that we have a thirty day Return Policy and no returns will be accepted beyond thirty days.
Please return your merchandise in the original container. Once received, we will evaluate the condition of the returned product on a case-per-case basis.
Because every individual is unique and our tastes and preferences vary from person to person, we recommend that you first sample Clouds of Icarus before making your purchase.
